Venture Studio

Venture Studio is a business accelerator program for students in the creative industries, delivered through UC’s Professional Practice unit for students in the Faculty of Arts and Design.

Our pilot program in Semester 1 of 2021 produced 8 fresh business ventures from design and comms students, who were led through 12 intense weeks of business exploration and development, culminating in a market pop-up stall where they presented their ventures and products to students and staff on the UC campus.

The second iteration of the unit offering in Semester 1 of 2022 developed 16 more new businesses across a range of Design, Arts and Comms students.
